Cruz'in The Caribbean -- Carnival Magic

I am running behind in my blogs.   Here are some pictures of our cruise.  We all had a good time and was happy to be back home to rest.

We sailed from Galveston, Texas to Montego Bay Jamaica then on to Georgetown, Grand Cayman and then  

to Cozumel, Mexico.

February  4th   Monday
Back home from Cruz'in.  Herbie was happy to be home again.  Just didn't do too much.  Dan and Ron went for coffee with the boys and then went and picked up our mail.


February   5th   Tuesday
It was time to get together again for breakfast with the HOC friends and we met at The Bakery.  Nice to see everyone.


February  6th   Wednesday

Some how we lost a day....... Can't remember what we all did......

February  7th   Thursday
Up early again and heading for Mission Texas.  We went to meet HOC friends for lunch and for a visit.  The weather was sunny and warm. Visited at Jay and Stella's, then went to Cheddars for lunch.  Jim and Nancy and Mike and Kellie, Jay & Stella Dan and I.

February  8th   Friday
This morning we left early for Corpus to Ron and Rose to pick up my Avon order.  We seen their new addition to the family Bam-Bam. A cute little pup.  Afterwards we left and Dan went and got estimates on 4 new tires for the truck.. So it looks like we will be getting new tires before we make our journey North in April.  When we got back home it was time for me to take Mr. Herbie for his walk. He knows just where to stop for his treats from other friends.  We took a ride over to the Palms and visited our friends and I came home with a huge bag of shells that Bonnie Gilbert gave to me... I wanted Eileen to take most of them, and she only took a few...  We got ready to go out to Dinner with the Heartland Group at a new restaurant, Fajitaville Grille.  It is right on the gulf. Good Food and atmosphere.

February 9th   Saturday
Over cast day today.  64 degrees at 7 AM.. I made chili today.. It is a good meal for me and of course I like it.  We took a ride to Port Aransas and went to the beach and drove around


February 10th   Sunday
71 degrees this morning when I got up..  Went out for breakfast this morning with Ron and Eileen.

Dan made a fish fry this evening and Ron and Eileen and Gene and Linda came on over for dinner.  Sure had a good meal..  Hot apple pie for dessert.   It was a long week, and rest and relaxation is really welcomed..
